Fiesta Del Asado is the first Argentinian restaurant to be situated in Birmingham, delivering the zest of South America giving each hungry mouth a fun, colourful and fiery dining experience. Working with nothing but the finest ingredients available and most importantly naturally-reared, grass-fed beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days, dusted in a dry rub and grilled on a barbecue. It is no secret that Fiesta Del Asado specialises in steaks, with typical dishes like Bife de ancho, 38oz Ribeye steak featuring on their menu, which we would clearly recommend. However there are more traditional dishes that if not sampled will surely result in you having to attend court (for taste bud neglect obviously). Salchichas a la Parilla Grilled spicy sausages served with tomato and red onion salad and Chimichurri is certainly one of those dishes.
