We would like to start with Adam’s, a contemporary fine fining restaurant located in the city centre.
Adam’s, is a small and intimate establishment serving the best of British food. The menu boasts dishes like rhubarb, foie gras and black pepper, venison and a selection of game meats.

There is a tasting menu available in the evening and we strongly recommend you try the ‘tasting 5’ option, offering you rabbit with black pudding, venison with butternut squash and finishing off with dark chocolate, lovage and sorrel.

This restaurant, along with its modern decor, cool and sophisticated feel is the perfect place for a celebration lunch or those with a penchant for good food.

Staff are attentive, knowledgeable and unobtrusive, leaving you once they see you are settled. Our team definitely think it’s one of Birmingham’s hotspots.
