So what makes Argentinian Steaks so special? Firstly Argentina has there own cuts of steak, making their steaks more succulent and tasty. What we call a T-bone Steak in Argentina they divide it in to two different cuts; the boneless lomo and the small steak costeleta. Secondly the cooking technique used to make the steaks known as Asado, a slow cooking technique with more emphasis on smoking the beef rather than sealing the beef, a new scientific research shows that this cooking method seals in the flavours more efficiently (well done Santa Maria Del Sur).
