Once upon a time (not so very long ago) we were all accused of believing that Mexican restaurants was nothing more than, greasy nachos, tequila shots and shaking a drunken leg on the dance floor. How very wrong we are, Wahaca shows us that Mexican cuisine is all about Fresh ingredients vibrant colours and an amazing atmosphere.
