We highly recommend that you try the six jersey oysters accompanied by foie gras crème brûlée, butter roasted lobster and toasted brioche. If you wish to indulge in breakfast we recommend; a selection of freshly baked pastries with ox cheek benedict, slow cooked organic hen’s eggs, hollandaise and sriracha. finally if you come in the late night diner category we recommend; smoked Scottish salmon, caper salad, crème fraîche and homemade flatbread.
